General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. All Ayurvedic treatments by the Ayurvedic Massage Practitioner Ampli Sterchi are carried out in consultation with the client, who undertakes to provide the massage practitioner with truthful information about his state of health and the consequences of the Ayurvedic treatment.
2. The client agrees to release his attending physician from the duty of confidentiality towards the massage practitioner upon request. This enables a consultation with the treated physicians to optimize the treatment.
3. The costs for agreed appointments, which are not noticed by the client, are to be paid by the client, if the appointments were not cancelled 12 hours in advance in writing or by telephone.
4. A late appearance on the part of the client leads to the fact that the massage is shortened by the late time, also for the protection of the following clients. The massage must be paid for in full.
5. If the Ayurveda massage practitioner is late, the missed time will ideally be added directly to the massage - otherwise, at a time suitable for both parties to a massage treatment.
6. Personal, written or telephone appointments are binding.
7. The treatment is carried out against payment immediately after the respective treatment on site. If the treatment is paid for by voucher, this must be presented before the start of the treatment.
8. Vouchers are either handed over directly to the client or sent by mail after receipt of the amount.
9. Only massage vouchers can be issued.
10. The prices are in Swiss francs.
11. Prices are subject to change.
12. The treatment of the Ayurveda Massage Practitioner is based on her respective level of knowledge. No liability is assumed due to different doctrines on treatment methods.
13. The liability of the Massage Practitioner for all damages incurred by the patient due to non-observance of these General Terms and Conditions or due to the client's own fault is excluded.
14. All treatments are subject to confidentiality by the Ayurveda massage practitioner.
15. No liability will be accepted for consequential damage caused by a client's incomplete or concealed reasons for exclusion. This also applies if the client was not aware of the reasons for the exclusion and the Ayurveda massage practitioner could not recognize them from the outside.
16. It is exclusively Swiss law applicable.
